Is this scarf real pashmina?

It is 70% pashmina and 30% silk — a genuine majority-pashmina blend, labelled SEMI with the ratio printed. It is not, and is not sold as, 100% pashmina.

Why blend silk into pashmina?

Silk adds sheen, drape and cool-weather versatility while trimming cost — the classic Kashmiri blend for scarves. The trade-off is a slightly less woolly warmth than pure pashmina.

Will the ombré survive cleaning?

Yes, with dry-cleaning — the gradient is dye-fixed. Avoid home washing, which can migrate the transition line.
