Is an ombré-dyed shawl still pure pashmina?

Yes — the base cloth is 100% GI-certified Changthangi pashmina; only the dyeing method differs. The certificate and fibre grade are identical to our solid shawls.

Will the gradient wash out or bleed?

No. The azo-free dyes are fixed after dipping and the shawl is only ever dry-cleaned, which preserves the gradient indefinitely. Never spot-wash it at home.
