Kani Palledar Pashmina Shawl
Teal Court
A palledar kani in deep teal — the palla (both end panels) woven solid with courtly Mughal motifs in hand-bobbin kani work, on a body of plain GI-certified pure pashmina. A palledar sits between border kani and full jamawar: four to six months on the loom, pattern density you can read across a room, weight you barely feel.
Craft & Material
Fibre: 100% Changthangi pashmina · Grade: 12–16 micron · Size: 100 × 200 cm (shawl) · Weave: Kani palledar (woven end panels) · Craft: Mughal motif talim · Origin: Kanihama / Srinagar, Kashmir · Certification: GI-certified Kashmir Pashmina
Care
Drape with one palla falling forward to show the panel entire; the teal ground flatters both silver and gold jewellery. Dry-clean rarely, store flat in muslin with cedar, and never hang.
Shipping & Returns
Complimentary insured shipping across India in 3–7 days, in signature gift packaging. 7-day returns on unworn pieces with certificate intact. Cash on delivery available.
